Soluna invests $16.5 million to acquire the Dorothy 1A project to accelerate AI computing power transformation

Nasdaq-listed company Soluna Holdings announced the acquisition of a 100% stake in the artificial intelligence computing power park project Project Dorothy 1A (D1A) from Spring Lane Capital for $16.5 million. It is reported that the company earlier this month acquired the Briscoe Wind Farm for $53 million and is expected to accelerate the transformation into a comprehensive computing power base centered on AI computing.
