Giertych Wanted to Extort Information Regarding Zondacrypto? Suszka's Sister Reveals the Background
The sister of the missing Sylwester Suszek has spoken out regarding the zondacrypto scandal. Nicole Suszek shared insights about Roman Giertych's interest in the case and what the authorities did wrong.
Four years have passed since Sylwester Suszek went missing. On March 10, 2022, the founder of BitBay (the predecessor of zondacrypto) went to a business meeting in Czeladź, and that was the last time he was seen. The meeting took place at a significant location, namely at a gas station owned by Marian W., known as Maniek. We mention him for a reason, as today the prosecutor's office detained his ex-wife, Jaromira Wszołek. The prosecutor's office has charged Maniek with the abduction of Sylwester Suszek, but nothing has been proven against him. Moreover, it was Marian W. who was supposed to be the intermediary between Suszek and the later head of zondacrypto, Przemysław Kral. Kral has been testifying at the prosecutor's office for several weeks, which is also investigating the case of Suszek's disappearance, which has taken a back seat. Nicole Suszek, the sister of the BitBay founder, is still actively involved in the search for Suszek and today shed new light on the entire matter.
Nicole Suszek explained the connection between the detained individuals, zondacrypto, and Suszek's disappearance.
Nicole has been fighting for years to find her brother and has been pursuing her cases against Kral and Marian W. It was she who indicated on Polsat News who the individuals detained today by the prosecutor's office might be. As she stated, both women are connected to her brother's disappearance. Jaromira W. was said to be closely associated with the aforementioned Maniek, while Anna P. is believed to be linked to the location of the disappearance and was also supposed to have taken over part of Suszek's estate. It is worth recalling that on the day of the disappearance, the surveillance system at Maniek's gas station mysteriously failed. His sister hopes that both women will share their knowledge and perhaps help solve the mystery of the disappearance. These words were confirmed by later findings from journalists, who additionally claim that the detentions are indeed related to the case of Sylwester Suszek's disappearance. This was confirmed by Waldemar Żurek, who stated at a press conference that the detainees may have important information for the investigation.
For four years, Nicole Suszek has been conducting her own investigation and fighting for the truth and her brother. Finally, she has seen a breakthrough and the arrests of people she had already pointed out in 2022. No one had questioned them back then. Investigations were closed. She thanked Minister Żurek for going public...
Is Suszek Dead? Żurek Suggests So, Sister Also Doubts Finding Her Living Brother
Nicole herself mentioned that even at the moment when Kral took over zondacrypto, she warned about him and that he would deceive people. She reiterated that she feels immense regret towards the state and the authorities for not reacting in time and not approaching the matter appropriately. She states that the prosecutor's office made significant mistakes that could have contributed to the chances of finding a living Suszek significantly decreasing. She reminded that together with the family of the missing person, they offered their help to investigators, pointing out suspects, connections, and evidence, which the authorities did not utilize. She also referred to Waldemar Żurek's words, who suggested that Sylwester Suszek is dead. In her opinion, these words were not said by chance.
Giertych Appears in the Case Much Earlier. What Was He Looking For?
However, that is not all Nicole Suszek said in today's conversation with Polsat. When asked about her opinion on the fact that Roman Giertych is Kral's lawyer, she decided to reveal details about Giertych's interest in the entire case. In November 2025, the KO MP was supposed to approach her with a proposal to represent her in her cases against Kral and Maniek. In her opinion, it was not about a desire to help, but an attempt to extort information regarding Przemysław Kral. As she recalls, Giertych was asking about details concerning Kral. She added that, according to her, Giertych's interest in the case is not coincidental, and the well-known lawyer wants to increase his significance in the government puzzle this way. In conclusion, she directly stated that in her opinion, Roman Giertych is not a person one can trust.
Thus, as we can see, another interesting thread has emerged in this case. Roman Giertych's presence in the investigation has raised controversies from the very beginning and undermined the justice of the investigation. Now, one must ask whether it is not the right moment to remove Giertych from this case. It is clear that the KO MP has seen a way to increase his ratings here and will certainly provide grounds to question the results of the investigation.
