Broadcom Q3 Revenue for Fiscal Year 2026 Reaches $29.591 Billion, Up 86% Year-on-Year
Broadcom's revenue for Q3 of fiscal year 2026 reached $29.591 billion, an 86% increase compared to $15.952 billion in the same period last year, exceeding market expectations of $29.362 billion. Adjusted earnings per share were $3.32, up 96% year-on-year, compared to analyst expectations of $3.23. The outlook for Q4 revenue is set at $34 billion, slightly below the market estimate of $35.05 billion. Broadcom's CEO stated that the revenue guidance for the artificial intelligence business for fiscal year 2026 has been raised from $56 billion to $58 billion, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 186%. It is expected that AI revenue will double to approximately $115 billion by 2027 and double again in fiscal year 2028 to reach $230 billion. This quarter, Broadcom has begun mass production deliveries of the next-generation TPU 8I version products to Google, with performance on par with or better than NVIDIA's Vera Rubin. Following the earnings announcement, Broadcom's stock initially fell over 6% in after-hours trading but turned positive during the earnings call.
