The RWA trading platform NUVA software development company NUVA Digital has completed a $5.2 million seed round financing, led by Morgan Creek Digital.

NUVA is jointly created by Animoca Brands and Nuva Labs. The platform allows users to deposit with stablecoins at the click of a button, mint yield-bearing composable tokens, and provide on-chain proof of reserves, with no minimum deposit or lock-up requirements. This round of financing will be used to accelerate platform development and ecosystem expansion, including enriching the treasury market, introducing more issuers, multi-chain deployment, building institutional-grade tools, and promoting the issuance of NUVA functional tokens. The company stated that the current financing marks its transition from the early development stage to the stage of expanding TVL and user scale, aiming to address the fragmentation issue in the RWA market and create a unified entry point.
