Yuri de La Sierra Reviews WBTC Migration to ETH: Stablecoins and Ethereum Are Key Financial On-chain Infrastructure
BlockBeats News, on January 7th, Liquid Capital (formerly LD Capital) founder Daniel Li posted, stating, "2026 is the first year of finance going on-chain. Stablecoins and Ethereum are the most important Infra, WLFI today exchanged BTC for ETH, believing in the same vision."
WLFI's three future paths: First, USD1 will soon break through one billion, mid-term breakthrough to one trillion, and long-term stabilize its trillion-dollar share in the $30 trillion stablecoin market. Second, USD1 will collaborate with Web2 companies with billions of active users, stablecoin payment advantages far surpass traditional Visa, bringing billions of users into blockchain and stablecoins. Third, in the future multi-trillion-dollar finance-on-chain market, USD1 will use its brand, compliance, ToB, user, and other advantages to become one of the most important Infrastructures. This is the reason and rationale behind Liquid Capital's large holding of ETH and substantial position in WLFI."
