WEEX AI Trading Hackathon First Round Preliminaries will officially start tonight at 8:00 PM
BlockBeats News, January 12th, WEEX announced that the "Alpha Awakening: WEEX AI Trading Hackathon" first round qualifying round (Early Bird Round) officially started on January 12th at 20:00 (UTC+8, same below), and the deadline for this round is February 2nd at 20:00. A total of 788 BUIDLs (including 520 teams) from global developers, quantitative teams, and technical communities are divided into 14 groups, using the competition's special funds provided by WEEX for trading PK. The top 2 in earnings from each group can advance to the finals, challenging the $1.88 million prize pool, with the champion receiving a Bentley Bentayga S worth $500,000.
Participants who missed the registration for the first round qualifying round can register for the second round qualifying round (Night Owl Round) through the "Night Owl Round Entry" before January 18th. Successful registration and passing the API test will receive a $1,000 USDT position voucher (profits can be withdrawn, losses will be covered by the platform). The second round qualifying round will take place from January 19th at 12:00 to February 2nd at 20:00, and the earnings champion from each group can advance to the finals.
This hackathon focuses on AI and quantitative trading strategy innovation and is recruiting global sponsors for AI technology service providers, data and infrastructure providers, Web3 projects, and industry ecosystem partners. It has attracted dozens of partners such as AWS, Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Coingecko, Cryptoracle, etc. During the event period, WEEX will simultaneously hold 10 offline events globally and continue to amplify the event's impact through multi-platform dissemination, community activities, and co-creation of content.
