Ukrzaliznytsia Seeks Investors for Renting a Health Facility in Khmelnyk

Ukrzaliznytsia is looking for investors to rent the first building of a health institution in Khmelnyk, Vinnytsia region. The total area of the 4-story building located at Shevchenko Street, 20 is 2950 m². The building will not be used for the needs of railway workers; its rental will help preserve the building and provide a profitable offer for business. The lot may interest companies for creating a rehabilitation center, wellness facility, or hotel and tourist complex. The rental period will be 10 years. Soon, the building will be put up for electronic bidding in the Prozorro system. To familiarize potential tenants with the details, UZ will hold an open presentation on August 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the lounge of the Central Railway Station in Kyiv. In 2025, Ukrzaliznytsia significantly increased its rental income from station areas, doubling the areas and losing revenue.
