UBS: Anticipates the S&P 500 Index to Climb to 7500 Next Year

BlockBeats News, November 10th, UBS expects that driven by a 14% earnings growth (with nearly half coming from the technology sector), the S&P 500 index will climb to 7500 points next year.

The bank believes that the early 2026 economic softness will be replaced in the second half by stronger global growth. U.S. stocks are expected to achieve a return of around 10%, mainly driven by corporate earnings rather than valuation expansion, and the rally is expected to broaden to sectors beyond tech giants by mid-year. UBS is more bullish on stocks than credit bonds and expects the U.S. market to outperform Europe and emerging markets.
