Strategy ($MSTR) has increased its cash reserves to $4.8 billion, sufficient to cover preferred stock dividends and debt interest payments for approximately 33 months. This week, Strategy raised $333.7 million through MSTR and added $149.1 million to its reserves. Additionally, it invested $132.2 million to repay $138.9 million in STRC debt. During the same period, there were no purchases or sales of Bitcoin (BTC). The increase in reserves has extended the dollar duration to 41 days. Strategy has been combining the expansion of BTC holdings with capital market financing, but in this report, cash reserves and debt management have taken center stage. The dollar reserves of Strategy serve as an indicator of its capacity to pay preferred stock dividends and debt interest. The simultaneous increase in reserves and repayment related to STRC suggests ongoing liquidity management following capital procurement. Recently, Strategy has also been adjusting its dollar reserves and STRC-related fund management. This week, the expansion of dollar reserves and STRC-related repayments occurred without any BTC transactions.
