RWA Infrastructure Pruv Finance Completes $3 Million Pre-A Round of Financing, Led by UOB Venture Management

BlockBeats News, November 26th, Pruv Finance announced the completion of a $3 million Pre-A round of financing. This round of financing was led by UOB Venture Management, with participation from Saison Capital, Taisu Ventures, Ascent, Spiral Ventures, Royal Group, and other institutions.

The new funds will be used to build the first compliant Real World Asset (RWA) on-chain distribution infrastructure to achieve seamless issuance and circulation of tokenized assets on-chain. The total market value of the RWA track has exceeded $350 billion, but about 93% of tokenized assets are still subject to transfer restrictions—including whitelist-only transactions or complete non-transferability—severely hindering their integration with DeFi and widespread adoption.

Pruv, as the first and only digital financial platform approved by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) sandbox, has provided an architecture that balances compliance and liquidity, without disrupting asset liquidity. This architecture allows institutions to tokenize assets and freely distribute them on-chain, no longer restricted by traditional structures.
