Meituan Launches Campus Recruitment for the Class of 2027, Focusing on AI and International Business

Meituan today launched its campus recruitment for the Class of 2027, opening over 100 positions across 10 categories including technology, product, business analysis, operations, and retail to fresh graduates worldwide. Job locations span dozens of cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Riyadh. This year's recruitment is notably tilted towards AI, with the introduction of over ten AI-native positions such as AI Full Stack Engineer, AI Product Manager, and Intelligent Business Analyst, with more than 80% of the positions requiring AI application capabilities. Meituan is focusing on recruiting tech talents in areas such as large models, embodied intelligence, autonomous driving, and drones through its "LongCat Top Talent Recruitment" and "Beidou Plan," and has set up a special program for overseas business to reserve international talents for businesses like Keeta. Meituan stated that this year, it is particularly looking for candidates with an "AI Native" mindset, hoping they can proactively use AI to solve business problems and drive implementation at the front lines.
