Large Businesses Contributed 48.8% of Tax Revenues to Ukraine's Budget

In the first half of 2026, companies from the Register of Large Taxpayers transferred 579.6 billion UAH to the consolidated budget of Ukraine, accounting for 48.8% of all tax revenues. Compared to the same period in 2025, financial contributions from large businesses increased by 40.1 billion UAH, or 7.4%. The largest growth was seen in the following tax revenues: corporate profit tax - up by 19.5 billion UAH; personal income tax and fees - up by 13.3 billion UAH; value-added tax - up by 9.9 billion UAH; excise tax on excise goods - up by 8.6 billion UAH; rent payments for the use of subsoil resources - up by 7.1 billion UAH. The highest growth in tax payments was recorded in the following sectors: supply of electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning - an increase of 15.9 billion UAH; financial and insurance activities - an increase of 15.1 billion UAH; manufacturing industry - an increase of 11.3 billion UAH. The manufacturing industry became the leader in the volume of tax payments, accounting for 17.6% of the total revenue.
