Inc (stock code: TRON), a Nasdaq-listed company. In June this year, SRM Entertainment, the predecessor of TRON. Inc, announced plans to launch a $210 million TRON corporate treasury strategy and change its name to Tron Inc. On July 16, SRM Entertainment officially changed its name to Tron Inc, and changed its stock code from SRM to TRON on Nasdaq from July 17, 2025. This series of capital operations shows that the integration of crypto assets and traditional financial systems is entering a new stage.
