Issuance of 4.7 trillion won bonds, resumption of corporate bond demand forecasting

This week, approximately 4.7 trillion won worth of government bonds, treasury bonds, financial bonds, and corporate bonds are scheduled to be issued in the domestic bond market. Bond issuance and corporate bond demand forecasting will take place from the 18th to the 21st. On the 18th, a 3 trillion won auction for 10-year government bonds and a 610 billion won auction for 91-day treasury bonds are planned, while on the 20th, 150 billion won of government bonds for individual investors will be issued. Additionally, on the 18th, 200 billion won of land and housing bonds will be issued, and on the 19th, 200 billion won of bonds from the Seoul Transportation Corporation will also be issued. In the corporate bond market, demand forecasting for 50 billion won of Lotte Construction (A) and 20 billion won of E-Land World (BBB) is scheduled for the 19th, and on the 21st, KB Financial Group will conduct demand forecasting for 270 billion won worth of new capital securities. This week, while the issuance of public and financial bonds continues, the resumption of corporate bond demand forecasting is drawing attention. Credit bonds reflect the credit risk of the issuing entity compared to government bonds, and the issuance conditions vary based on market interest rates and industry credit ratings. In early September, Daishin Securities, Hana Securities, and DB Securities are preparing for a total of 600 billion won worth of public corporate bond demand forecasting.
