Securitize has linked HINC as a collateral asset in the Solana-based lending market Loopscale. Eligible investors can borrow Global Dollars (USDG) without redeeming their HINC shares. HINC is a tokenized fixed-income fund launched on August 18, available on Avalanche (AVAX), Ethereum (ETH), Solana, and SUI. Neuberger Berman serves as the sub-advisor for HINC, leveraging its fixed-income platform managing over $230 billion. The fund primarily invests in high-yield corporate bonds, and investors must undergo onboarding, customer verification, and anti-money laundering checks. USDG is a 1:1 dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by Paxos, accessible on the Ethereum and Solana networks. The Global Dollar Network has reported participation from 150 companies, with USDG circulation exceeding $3 billion. The collateral structure of HINC differentiates itself by allowing institutional investors to secure liquidity without disposing of fund shares. However, HINC warns of a high level of risk, including the possibility of principal loss.
