HashKey Holdings' IPO Enters Final Stage, Public Offering Receives Over 148x Oversubscription
BlockBeats News, December 10: The market subscription for HashKey Holdings (Stock Code: 03887), the parent company of HashKey Exchange, a Hong Kong-licensed virtual asset trading platform set to debut on the HKEX, remains active.
The international placement of the company has received oversubscription, attracting long-term funds including international and Chinese institutions. At the same time, the public offering has received enthusiastic response. According to the latest data from several brokerages as of the time of writing, the total subscription funds lent through the brokerage channels have risen to approximately 24.898 billion Hong Kong dollars.
Calculated based on the public offering fundraising amount of 167 million Hong Kong dollars, the preliminary oversubscription is about 148.91 times, demonstrating investors' high enthusiasm. The subscription for HashKey Holdings' shares will close on December 12.
