Fedorov Proposes Drone Swap with the US for Patriot Missiles
Former Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov has proposed assistance to the United States in developing drone technologies in exchange for interceptor missiles for the Patriot air defense systems. Ukraine is ready to share its experience and technologies to protect against Russian attacks. Fedorov expressed his willingness to help the US create an "army of drones" in exchange for the necessary interceptor missiles. He is also working on establishing an investment fund for defense technologies, which will not only invest in Ukrainian startups but also create technology companies. Attracted Western capital will be directed towards developing technologies for Ukraine's defense, including battlefield robotics and the creation of inexpensive high-speed interceptor drones. Fedorov noted that Ukrainian interceptors have already been tested and can be scaled up with the necessary support. Elon Musk has also discussed with Fedorov the possibility of using Starlink satellite systems for strikes on Russian territory, awaiting a political decision from the US president.
