CITIC Securities: The current monetary policy stances of the 12 voting members of the Federal Reserve are quite different
Odaily News According to a research report by CITIC Securities, based on recent statements by Fed officials, the current monetary policy positions of the 12 Fed voting members are quite different. Among the Fed voting members, there are four people in the dovish camp: Fed Governor Waller, Vice Chairman Bowman, Fed Governor Cook, and Chicago Fed President Goolsbee; there are six voting members with a neutral position, including the Fed Chairman, who advocate maintaining policy stability, and two other voting members hold a hawkish position. In the current Fed decision-making, the inclination of the Fed Chairman is still relatively important, and the key factor that determines whether the Fed will make a dovish turn in the future is still the change in economic data.
