Bitcoin Treasury Capital to Conduct a Targeted Issue of Approximately 4 Million Swedish Krona Shares to Increase Bitcoin Holdings

BlockBeats News, On August 15, the board of directors of the Swedish listed company Bitcoin Treasury Capital conducted a private placement of 13,803 Class B shares, equivalent to approximately 4 million Swedish Krona. The subscription price for the private placement was determined through fair negotiations, at 287 Swedish Krona per B share. All B shares issued through the private placement have been subscribed to and allocated. The proceeds will be used exclusively to acquire additional Bitcoin.
