Auctions for 35 Land Parcels Start in Kyiv Region
The Deposit Guarantee Fund of Individuals (FGVFL) has announced the first auctions for the sale of 35 land parcels totaling 34 hectares in the Kyiv region, which were on the balance sheet of the bankrupt RV Bank. The auctions are scheduled for October 2 and 5, 2026. The parcels are located in the village of Pihreby in the Brovary district, 20 km from Kyiv, and are intended for the construction of residential houses and utility buildings. The starting prices for the first three lots are as follows: 0.93 hectares - 4.7 million UAH, 0.75 hectares - 3.8 million UAH, 0.55 hectares - 2.8 million UAH. All registered individuals and legal entities, except those associated with the aggressor state, can participate in the auctions. Proceeds from the sale will be directed to settlements with creditors of RV Bank. Last year, the FGVFL conducted 104 auctions for the sale of assets of bankrupt banks totaling about 1.5 billion UAH.
