Ant Group's Jovay Launches Testnet, Mainnet to Go Live in Q4
BlockBeats News, July 15th, the Jovay testnet was officially launched. As a blockchain platform created by Ant Group specifically for institutional-level application scenarios, it aims to serve various application scenarios including RWA. Jovay addresses the core pain points of traditional Layer2 solutions in performance, security, compliance, and scalability through its parallel execution architecture, progressive hybrid consensus mechanism, and modular architecture, making large-scale high-frequency on-chain transactions possible. It is understood that Jovay plans to launch its mainnet in the fourth quarter of 2025.
It is reported that Jovay's transaction-level, block-level, and batch-level three-tier pipeline parallel architecture can significantly increase throughput while shortening user response time to within 1 second, ensuring real-time performance in scenarios such as transfers and RWA contract calls.
Addressing issues such as long verification times and dispute period delays in traditional Rollup solutions, Jovay employs a dual-proof architecture system using Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) and Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP). While improving performance, it reduces reliance on centralized hardware trust. Jovay also adopts a modular architecture that allows independent upgrades of core modules based on technological evolution.
Relying on leading technology and mature solutions, Jovay will accelerate asset liquidity release. In addition, Jovay plans to integrate Ethereum ecosystem resources, including decentralized wallets, oracles, fund custody, security compliance, ultimately forming an end-to-end digital asset solution. Providing users with convenient, efficient, and secure on-chain asset services.
"Jovay's architecture design stems from a deep insight into real-world scenarios," said the Jovay official, "Since its debut in Dubai in April, Jovay has been widely welcomed by global institutions. The launch of the Jovay testnet signifies that blockchain, while maintaining a decentralized architecture, meets and solves the high-quality transaction needs of the financial sector. This is a key milestone in Web3 infrastructure entering the mainstream financial market."
