The Regional Development Agency of Odessa Oblast has signed a partnership memorandum with the American engineering company Agrico Sales. The main goal of the cooperation is to develop the port, logistics, and grain transshipment infrastructure of the region by attracting international expertise and new financial instruments. The agency estimates that this collaboration will open new opportunities for modernizing the port capacities of Odessa and attracting American technologies and investments for recovery. As part of the memorandum, an action plan has been agreed upon to attract financing and work with investors, including international promotion of investment potential, organizing B2B meetings with American investors, and preparing investment projects according to international standards. Partners will also focus on developing maritime logistics and seeking financial resources through international institutions. The State Enterprise 'Administration of Sea Ports of Ukraine' has allocated more than 100 million UAH for the protection of port infrastructure in 2026, while coordination of actions between the state, military, and business remains a key factor in effectiveness.
