BlockBeats News, December 26th. Aave founder Stani Kulechov stated that the recent DAO vote controversy reflects the normal tension of decentralized governance, and acknowledged a lack of prior communication on aligning Aave Labs with AAVE holders' interests.

Stani noted that Aave DAO's yearly revenue has reached $140 million, surpassing the total of the past three years, with the associated treasury funds fully controlled by AAVE holders. Regarding the discussion about his $15 million purchase of AAVE, Stani emphasized that the relevant tokens did not participate in the recent vote, and the purchase was driven by confidence in long-term development.
