Upgrade to a higher WEEX VIP level with your brokerage status

Already have VIP status with another brokerage? Submit proof of your current membership level and complete verification to qualify for a higher WEEX VIP level for a limited time. Once approved, you'll be upgraded to a higher WEEX VIP level and gain access to lower trading fees, dedicated support, and free daily uses of the guaranteed price feature for futures.

2. How to apply

Submit your application: In the WEEX app, go to More > Services > Brokerage VIP Upgrade. You can also contact customer support.
Upload your proof: Provide a screenshot from your current brokerage that clearly shows your registered account, membership level, and trading volume over the past 90 days.
Create and verify your WEEX account: Sign up using the phone number associated with your brokerage account and complete identity verification.
Wait for approval: We'll review your application as soon as possible. Once approved, your WEEX VIP level will be upgraded automatically and your perks will take effect immediately.
Eligible brokerages: Supported platforms include, but are not limited to, FUTU, Tiger Brokers, Snowball X, Valuable Capital, and Longbridge Securities.

3. Important notes

Each account may participate only once.
The VIP upgrade is valid for 30 days. After that, it may be extended or your account may return to its regular VIP level, subject to review.
Your proof of VIP status must be a clear, legible screenshot taken within the past 10 days.
You must provide authentic, valid, and verifiable proof of your VIP status on another platform, along with any required supporting documents. Applications containing false or misleading information will be rejected.
Once your application is submitted, we'll review it as soon as possible. The review result will be sent via both in-app notifications and email.
Once approved, your corresponding VIP level and perks will be activated. The validity period is subject to the official WEEX announcement.
If your application is rejected, you'll need to wait 30 days before submitting a new application.
WEEX reserves the right to interpret these rules and make all final decisions on all brokerage VIP upgrade applications. Any violations may result in the removal of VIP privileges.
